- Attract candidates and successfully place into jobs specifically within the Rail sector.
- Management of recruitment services for an existing client base and upselling passing potential Leads to the Business development team.
- Meeting objectives to fill roles and minimise utilisation whilst maintaining revenue
- Brief candidates on the various positions, carry out external recruitment, screening and sign up to the company.
- Participate in on call out of hours duties as required
- Ability to manage relationships, enjoy working in a deadline driven environment
- Be organised and methodical
- Able to maintain and develop good relationships external and internal
- Experience in a relevant sector rail/construction within recruitment minimum 2 years with a proven track record and references to support.
